Crowdfunding Bum provides a crowdfunding platform, via the web assets at crowdfundingbum.com (“Sites”). Products and services accessed through the Sites will be referred to as “Service” or “Services,” herein. The Service is owned by Crowdfunding Bum, LLC (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

5. How We Share Personal Information

5.1 Sharing Among our Affiliates
Company may share your personal information with one another to ensure that your use of the Services is as helpful and beneficial as possible. We may also share your personal information with affiliates in order to support our business operation, to provide services to you and for any other purpose described in this Privacy Notice.

5.2 Sharing with Third Parties
We work with third parties that provide services to us, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, credit card processing, auditing and other services. 6. Non-personal Information
We collect information about your activities on our Services using technologies such as cookies, including third party cookies, web beacons, JavaScript code, HTML 5 databases and server log files. The information we collect using these means includes your Media Access Control (MAC) address, operating system and version, screen resolution, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, the version of the Services you are using, the date and time you access the Services, pages visited, time spent on the Services, general location information, and other activity data. This information is automatically generated and may be combined with personal information about you. We do not honor a web browser’s “do not track” signals. Our third-party business partners and we use this information to conduct activities such as measuring the effectiveness of our ads and your interaction with them, tailoring offers and advertisements to you for products or services that you may find helpful on our Services and third-party sites, and for analytics purposes.

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources. An “IP Address” (a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider) may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Services, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. We use IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels of the Services, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the Services. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

This website uses the Google AdWords Remarketing Service

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. 9. Our Data Protection and Security Policy

We may maintain profiles and/or pages on various social media services including Facebook and Twitter.
If you choose to “Like” Company on Facebook, “Follow” Company on Twitter, or take any other similar action on another social media site, you are providing your consent to receive information updates, including solicitations from Company.
To stop receiving this information from Company on a social media site, you must follow the procedure established by the site. For example, on Facebook, you must click “Unlike” on Company’s page, and on Twitter, you must click “Unfollow” on Company’s profile.

We will post the revised Privacy Notice on our Services or announce the change on the home page of the website or app.

Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any personal information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with our mobile applications or other websites.

13. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents.
California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by COPPA, we will provide you with the categories of Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through the Service and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such Personally Identifiable Information may be shared for direct marketing purposes at your request. California law requires us to inform you, at your request, (1) the categories of Personally Identifiable Information we collect and what third parties we share that information with; (2) the names and addresses of those third parties; and (3) examples of the products marketed by those companies. 14. Your Access Rights
If you would like to request to review, correct, update, suppress or delete Personal Information that you have previously provided to us, you may contact us by emailing as below. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.

In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Information suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.

If you email us, please do not include information you want to keep private. It is possible that your e-mail communication may be accessed or viewed inappropriately by another Internet user while in transit to us. If you wish to send us information that you want to keep completely private, please use a method other than e-mail.

We may send you electronic newsletters, information about products or services we offer, and other marketing communications. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related e-mails from us, you may opt-out of receiving these marketing- related emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom or each email.
We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please also note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related e-mails from us, we may still need to send you important administrative message, and you cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.
